now when you think about it, it´s the same as chi sao in wing tsun. I learned under rene latosa. his system is simple & effective.

he still comes over to Germany. I knew him from when he trained in the EWTO (European Wing tsun Organisation) headed by Keith Kernsprecht in Germany.

I agree with this.. i do however stretch between sets. shoulders for example. I need good flexibility there for my wing tsun & escrima drills. Shoulders are a very common problem for any weight trainer. They have such a large radius of movement.
