I got it above the chin every time, I have to bend my knees though because I have such long legs and it’s a doorway bar. I think the local school has a climbing rope I can use, I will look into that one as well.

I shoot a 31 inch draw 70 lbs bow I have very stable shoulders and arms my abs are fairly decent but need much work
