Duolingo works decently gents, I have the sheet. It's free too, or at least it used to be. The only way to get used to a language is to speak, listen, and read it often.

And caporal, even most english speakers struggle with the language. Every so often I hear a new word or a grammatical structure.

Now french, with all of your exceptions, takes some getting used to
