Terrible tragedy in the wee hour this morning in California. A former Marine, a Corporal with around 5-years in the Corps shot up a popular night club. The A$$ sullied our reputation and he played into the hands of the news media. The story always leads with "Former Marine...." Same Shite Petit Caporal posted about Blame it on the Legion.

I am glad this a$$ killed himself. Too bad the 29-year Veteran Police Officer he killed did not get off a kill shot on this scum bag first.

Tragic. I grieve for the families of the victims, a terrible waste of life.
The opening lines "tattooed ex-marine..." says how the story is going to unfold. As if the story wasn't sensational enough.

A légitime question to be asked
Why was his féebless not discovered before, during and especially after his service ?
Sounds to me
His training was too much
Kill them all and fucque them all
Obvisouly, à loner
Not much of a family too

A sad incident indeed. However this is not such an unprecedented act for many service men returning after tours of duty and I am not castigating the USA.

In the UK we have a vast number of military suicides and we also have families suffering from domestic violence all service related. Fortunately we have little access to firearms. If so matters would be worse.

It is incumbent on all governments to ensure that there veterans are assessed at the end of tours and to offer help if necessary, However they do not do enough. This results in the over stretched charities trying to assist those suffering whether it is the returnee or family. It is a travesty and a national disgrace.

Politicians simply regard servicemen and women to be disposable assets. Too few have served 'The Colours'.

It will always lead with that Joe just as they love to lead with a former Legionnaire. It is as if we are all time bombs waiting to go off, we are not and when a Piece of Excrement like this sullies our heritage, Legionnaire, Marine, Royal Marine, Or Soldier it is a slight to all of us. There are Hundreds of Thousands of us whom served honorably, we are part of many Veteran's Organizations, and we contribute to our community. So when a jackass comes along and does something like this it diminishes our sterling reputations. Yesterday the Commandant of the Marine Corps excommunicated that P.O.S

They just don't care. Look at this Ex para engineer. Hunger Strike because they closed down a Facility to help vets with mental & social problems.
A vast majority Sexpert of our homeless are Veterans with mental health issues. It is a crying shame our Veterans Administration and Veterans Health Care System let them slip through the cracks. When I go to my VA Hospital for appointments I cry and keep my head down. I see these once very proud Veterans old and very broken and poor at the hospital, it is humbling and sad.
Of course, like in your video, the media eat it up and it all foes back to we were damaged goods, all trained killers waiting to do something terrible, we are not! We go to schools on Veteran's Day (Armistice Day) and we talk to the kids, we through our Veteran's Organizations contribute to Fallen Veteran's Scholarship funds for kids who lost a father in Iraq or Afghanistan to go to College.

That is why when a piece of Shite like this does something bad it diminishes the good we do.

Again, that coward Feck took his own life when the Police and Swat Teams arrived. He should have been killed and not go out by suicide, Fecking coward

That's the hypocrisy of our current world and in some parts it's worst than in others. Something i see from the US, you see shiatload of people going to anyone with an uniform, retired or veteran personnel and saying things like "THANK YOU FOR SERVICE SIR!!" "WE SLEEP EASY AT NIGHT THANKS TO YOU!!!" or some pre made phrases. Then you see that there are like thousands of NGO, fund raising money for veterans or/and wounded ones. A very famous outside the use is the WWP NGO...
So why a Veteran or even worst a veteran that's lost a part of his body needs charity??? Is not like that they lost their legs because they were going 300 km/h (180 mph)... Shouldn't it be fully covered by the same government that sent them overseas to fight for people that don't likes them...
and let's be honest your country loves to wastes money on shiat. "Hey look at those guerrillas who hate us, why we don't fund them with money and high tech military hardware??? Maybe in 30 years we will have to fight them, but is going to be our kids problems"

Sames goes in every single part of the world...
In Argentina they love to praise the invasion to the falklands,(best way to brainwash people to think that the gov is NATIONALIST!!!). They like to praise how a bunch of Dictators sent a bunch of untrained kids from a hot climate area to an island that's near the Antartida... All the time "thank you for the sacrifice"...
Guess what, you want to say thanks to them? Don't use words, gave them more money... They can't buy food with words, they can't buy medicine with words... They can't pay a ptsd therapist with words...

Outstanding post. I used to give two hours of my pay every month to Wounded Warrior, I stopped because they were skimming 30%, that is too damned much. And you are right, always, "Thank you for your Service." Some are sincere, not the media, when they say it is saturated in complete disdain for Veterans. They are very communistic and socialist and they deep down despise the US Marines and other services, we are all killers and the budget takes away from all of the social money give away schemes to retain voter support for the welfare. The Military Budget is only 5% of the US Gross Domestic Product. The Budget is a little over 500 Billion a year. The US takes in over 4 TRILLION a year in taxes. when it comes to budget cuts it is always on the back of the military. Scum media and welfare scams!

We (modern society, modern humanity) live in these safe countries, in these neighborhoods where the worst thing that can happen is maybe a home invasion. And even then, they often aren't fatal, in nice areas. Most people don't have the slightest grasp of the terror that's lurking in dangerous places like most of Africa, the Middle East, and South America. Evil that has to be crushed, and when our governments send brave volunteers to go fight and destroy evil, like terrorism, and drug cartels, and they come back f*cked in the head, nobody gives a damn

Or they give a damn for a few months, maybe a few years, and then it seems like it falls off the wagon. In America now, it's been long enough since 9/11 that you can run into younger people who literally don't even know that we're still at war with middle eastern terrorism. Hell it's 2018, you can go to a concert or a convenience store and meet young adults who have never even hear of Osama Bin Laden, or Saddam Hussein, even much less some other evil people from history that our brave soldiers have wiped out for us

It's an endless cycle of something popping up that needs a bludgeoning, young people getting sent to squash it, and then civilians blowing them off and not give a flying feck about them after it's done with.

Because they can't fathom the nightmares that PTSD brings. So feck them
