That is not a Combat Linemans belt. It was a leather belt with a brass buckle, an attachment for a clasp knife also brass. normally dyed black but usually dyed Ox Blood for a Line Sgt or senior Cpl.
I doubt if you even know what a piece of D 10 looks like so i will not even ask you about cables laid. As i wrote i do not believe what you have written on here. Anyway have a good time on here.

I wasn't a lineman, I had brains, i was a combat signalman, a tradesman, not cannon fodder that couldn't read or write or add up. You obviously inherited his lack of brains.

Combat Signalman , worked in the mess, or Guardroom as an RP. Dogs body
Combat driver, duties , MT Driver.
Combat Lineman, Laying of Field Telephones & Fibre optic cables (Later) at your time they laid 10 pair, P3, lightweight quad, D10 mainly.
Later, 7 quad, Lightweight quad, Lda quad, hF quad. mainly.

Just looked at your Qualifications. How could you go from a basic Radio op course to a B2 straight after each other? the dates do not add up to me. :unsure:

Black which most wore & the other picture is how it comes before it´s black.
