Of course the Wannabe Legion guy should do full sit ups & leg raises. They work much more deeper muscles (than crunches)which you´ll need when running with weight & going over a wall or any other obstacle.

Yes great advice.. Slow on the negative Phase. You build more strength on the downward part.

Jerry does some very good videos on training & Diet. Gets quite deep into it. Remember when i was on Facebook i wrote a few times with him. knows his shit.

Done the fasting thing a few times. Not totally convinced of its effectiveness.
