simply put..supersets. i also like to sometimes do Pre-exhaust.

with pre-exhaust you "isolate" the muscle then do a basic lift. you can´t use as much weight on the Basic lift. on the video they are doing Dumbbell flys then Bench press for chest. saves your joints . you can never truly "isolate" a muscle group but with this system you come close. If doing chest..use a power rack or have a spotter..be careful !

Doing a 6 Day workout at the moment. not heavy weights but supersets.
Back & chest & Abs(supersets)
Legs & shoulders
Arms (supersets)
OFF
Repeat.

workout with no more than 2-3 sets per exercise.
chest & Back 2 sets per exercise, 3 exercises per muscle group no rest between supersets. Fast workouts with higher reps. enjoy the PUMP !
We have a heat wave here at the moment
Went out at 7 ish and returned to base for 10 am
Next week is supposedly worse
Think it's most of Europe too

what is the tap water like where you live? I buy water but you know tap water here is better than some brands of mineral water.

One for the old timers 😆
Always loved Marciano. Put his fitness down to all the walking he did in the off season. Something like fifteen miles a day. And he was smart emough to get out of the game with his faculties. I'd argue too soon, but what do I know.

Remember getting my neck done. Guy said oh, your neck goes easy... The doctor who examined me before missed the fact i had a prolapsed disc C6/C7🙄 mind you he only did an XRay. Never mind luckily nö more damage was done
