It's been a month since I started training to join the Legion and I was just finally able to do 5 KM but in 27 minutes (I was a couch potato heh). Now, obviously this is way too slow of a pace to be Legion worthy. My question is: should my next step be to improve my distance and achieve 10 KM, or should I instead focus on doing 5 KM faster? Note that I intend to do both eventually. I'm just wondering what will be more effective and efficient for my training: doing distance or speed first?
