Hello, I am a 19 year old male. I am here to ask to if I will get disqualified because of my medical condition. I am missing an index and a pinky in my right hand. I would like to state that I am able to do anything (eg. rock climbing, lifting). I was born with it, no accident.

However, on the website it says “loss of a finger” ==> example of inaptitude. So should I give it a try or is it clearly stating I am not allowed to join? Thank you

Unfortunately the legion is a no go. I'm very sorry and I've no doubt that if you could have been accepted that you would have overcome any difficulties. But there are rules.

Stan, don’t waste your time, or the Legions. The C/Chef on the front gate will take one look at your hand and tell you to go away. It’s not just the Legion’s requirement to have all 10 fingers, you will find it is the same with the vast majority of military recruitment around the world.
