You need to ask yourself why you want to do either. Pick one, and be committed to it. I can tell you that while things like money and benefits are nice, one day you will be an old man lying in your bed, on death's door. Ask yourself, would you want to have any regrets? In either, you will be presented with some challenges. Truth be told, many days you will be suffering, bored, or even angry. At least in my experience my friend, it is a lot of hard work. You will do a great deal of chores, as a new guy you will get sh*t on, and you will be tested. Maybe it is different for you, but for me, material things did not motivate me. You can find places that pay well and have benefits.
What you won't find anywhere else, is friends who become more like brothers. You will have bonds with people that are stronger than you can imagine. I am closer to those buddies than I am my own family. You will have people who will go to hell and back with you, are willing to suffer with you, and who you will be your best around because you DO NOT want to f*ck up and let them down. Because if you f*ck up, yeah it's on you, but your whole team suffers. And that is worse than personal suffering.
You'll have memories that last forever, that most people in the world will never be able to relate to or experience.
So make your choice dude.
