If you present your self at Paris, fort de Nogent,...and are considered good enougth to futher on to Aubange. ..you pay nothing

Yeah, my bad for not introducing myself. I'm a half-Polish and half-Vietnamese considering to join the French Foreign Legion basically. I just wanted to know how I would get transported to Aubagne.

If you go to Fort de Nogent, Paris...and are chosen to go onward to Aubange....Legion, pays your trip
(Dosen't mean you are accepted. ..i have doubts ?

Once you have been accepted in Paris, and as le petit caporal rightly points out to you it does not mean that you have been accepted onto the legion. You will be sent down, either by bus or by train, to Aubagne along with the others who have passed the pre-selection. There will always be one of the cadre with you.

If you do not make the grade in Aubagne, you will be given a train ticket back to Paris. If you join directly at Aubagne and do not make the grade, you will be paid but not given a train ticket.
