Well I’m sitting barefoot. I actually like being barefoot as much as possible.
When i was a kid in Scotland we never had central heating like today. Coal fires & my bedroom was so cold there was ice on the inside of the windows in winter. Run around barefoot still don´t bother me.
Also calf raises are better barefoot. Works all the muscles in the foot too. Even old school bodybuilders did this running barefoot in sand.

In fact i would go as far as to say that many soldiers injuries running in boots could be prevented & also therapy with barefoot training to help injuries. Running in sand for soldiers barefoot to fully train the feet muscles & protect & strengthen them against injuries.
You don't know what you are talking about ... again

I see that the use of the French language is making dramatic progress on the board... :D
Actually Sexpert, for the rhyme, the saying should rather be “mieux vaut une petite qui se tortille (or qui frétille) qu’une grosse qui roupille” (colloquial for sleep).

Came out as.....

"Better a little squirming (gold wriggling) than a big rottle" (colloquial for sleep).

Glad to hear
Would be good for the forum, in general, if he could give an appraisal on how helpful the forum has been in his quest

May need to be a bit cautious here, it looks as if he made the selection but he hasn’t been seen the last couple of days. You Greens may know why things change. So with caution 11 Bravo Bon Chance.
