The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is soon upon us. But, what is it?

What is the GDPR ?
The GDPR is a European Union (EU) regulation that has been designed to protect the data and privacy of EU residents. It strengthens and replaces existing data protection acts/directives and becomes enforceable from 25th May 2018. The primary aim is to give control to EU residents over their personal data and unify regulation within the EU.
Passed in 2016, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the most significant legislative change in European data protection laws since the EU Data Protection Directive (Directive 95/46/EC), introduced in 1995. The GDPR, which becomes enforceable on May 25, 2018, seeks to strengthen the security and protection of personal data in the EU and serve as a single piece of legislation for all of the EU. It will replace the EU Data Protection Directive and all the local laws relating to it.

Of course, we will not ban EU visitors and members, future and current (some US webmaster don't want to get in and will ban, function of geo IP)...

I'm sure you already received mails from lots of websites and internet org or sellers, warning next changes in rules...
Now it's our turn: in the next few weeks, you'll be asked to agree to new, GDPR compliant rules and terms of services, even if we practically today are compliant, but it will be clearer...

UPDATE: all done and fixed on may 15,2018...
UPDATE 2: even better setup on may 25, 2018...
