How effective is training with Vo2 phantom mask? What do you recommand, training old school or with mask?
Actually the mask reminds me of a porno i saw being played in Angies Bar a whore house Right outside camp in Hohne Germany... Picture below. was a Woman wearing a Respirator with the mouth piece open giving oral...haha.
I´m a sick pervert mate.
LOL... Could say more but I think i'll get banned. Nothing like a bit of whoreing now & again. I like Polish Girls. No Messing around .I thought that was a joke!
Most speak German here as I do myself. Last one I met was a Krankenpfleger.. Looked after old people. Blond with great Body. First time we met we went for a walk. Straight away she grabbed my Arm...then worked her way down to Arm around my waist. Half an hour later giving great oral in my car. She was going the full way but it was broad daylight & i had no rubber. Hahaha....Polska.. Polska.Sexpert,

Good morning, I am Joe Bloggs. You are really very pretty. I am a learner of Polish.
This is from my evil and mischievous past. Also remember to say, after whatever transpires; Ginquia Bardzo- Than you very much. Ginquia can suffice.
I hope it's not damaging to my health. As a firefighter I've done quite a bit of cardio wearing SCBA gear. The masks are the same, there is a diaphragm in the mask to prevent firefighters from sucking down too much air while they are in a panic or overly excited. That said this mask does seem over priced for what it is as the diaphragm is a simple piece of plastic. I'm surprised if there aren't cheaper alternatives although all I did is grab an older mask from the department and wear it for light jogging to get used to the restricted air flow. I would recommend training with this mask if you expect to ever be in an environment where there is limited oxygen or you expect to have to wear similar gear at one point. Being unable to breath can be a very anxiety inducing experience and becoming anxious in such situation makes the problem that much worse!Celestin mask is just marketing trick to sell your peace of useless rubber. Yes, idea behind it is that limited air flow would mimic high altitude low O2 levels and force your body to make more red blood cells what training in motions really does, but when you train in mountains you stay there for couple weeks and you breathing low O2 air 24h.
There is no any proof that mask could do the same. In fact easily could turn out that mask actually damaging your health.
That different when you train with that reasons. Armies also have some training under gas mask, but that isn't so often.I hope it's not damaging to my health. I agree. The point I was getting at is that training it would help prevent anxiety when you run out of oxygen though, so I could see training with it as beneficial if you go into high altitudes where it feels like you can't catch your breath. I grew up in the mountains with high altitudes. There will never be a substitute for the experience and physical conditioning. The pressure change alone will make your head feel like it is full of water for some time. That different when you train with that reasons.
